I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The LEG

Hi Everyone - I am volunteering again with St. Baldrick' and am having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please consider supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation by making a donation via the link below. This is a volunteer-driven charity and it funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. The thing I really love about St. Baldrick's and their fund raiser is that it is essentially volunteer driven so most of the money raised can go directly to the fight against cancer as opposed to paying for administrative costs and the coordination of some massive, costly event.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. Thanks so much for considering donating. Please tell a friend and if you can can make it to the event on March 23rd @ Noon, that would be terrific. New Orleans Saint Thomas Morstead will be one of the official sponsors ( we are on his team, "the LEG" ) and it will be fun to see him get his head shaved because his hair is over a foot long. Some kids will be very happy wearing the Morstead hair wigs. His hair is crazy cool! :o)
