I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
FOPNO
It's time for my yearly shave. As part of the St Baldricks, Deutsches Haus venue, the annual challange between Law Enforcement and the Fire Fighters has been renewed. Last year you and I were successful in raising over $1500.00 to add to the Venue's pot of over $34,000.00. Last year the Fire Department beat us by a "Hair". So What! The money all goes toward finding cures for childhood cancers. Having my head shaved is a small sacrifice compared to what the kids and their families go through. I will gladly do it once again. In the words of a former Governer of the State of Louisiaiana (McKeithen) "Won't ya hep me?" At least take a moment and pray for the kids and their families. Come watch on the 23rd.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
