I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Averi

Please make a donation in memory of my neighbor, Averi, who lost her fight with cancer in 2009 when she was just 16 years old... I'm raising money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation to fund lifesaving childhood cancer research in hopes of finding a cure soon so no one else has to go through this. This is my first year as a member of Team Averi and I will be shaving my head in March to help raise money!! Please join me in remembering an awesome girl and saving lives of others battling cancer! Averi was the best babysitter and always brought a bag of toys with her. We always played hide and seek in the house too. At the end of the night before she went home, I was allowed to pick one toy, if I was good. She is my best friend's sister and I have known her my whole life. She has touched many and her memory lives on in all of us...please help me reach my goal in honor of Averi! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.
