I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Delta Fire

I have ten grandchildren (including one on the way) and so far all are extremely healthy. I constantly thank God for this and cannot imagine the gut-wrenching feeling of having a child with cancer. As a veteran firefighter of 33 years there is nothing more heart-breaking then responding to emergencies involving children. Well, children with cancer is an emergency and I am proud to be able to do something that might make a difference. I have chosen to participate in St.Baldrick's charity because 82% of the money raised actually goes toward cancer research (and is deductible). Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. All the Team Delta members made a pledge back in October not to get a haircut or shave until the March 10th fundraising event. I haven't had hair this long since the 70's. So come to Reno's West and get a good laugh for a good cause. Thank You!!!
