I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Round Two!! By March 2013, it will have been a LONG three years of growing out my hair, so clearly I'm in need of a shave. Last time I raised just over $3,000 and shaved my head with three amazing women. This time around, I'd like to match that number, and get more people involved with this amazing foundation. I first went to a Baldrick's event in March 2006, and I had no idea how much this foundation would change my life when just a few months later, my cousin Sarah was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. I've spent every year since donating to Baldrick's, and in 2010 I finally went as a shavee. I'm shaving my head this year to raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation, in memory of my Sarah. ____________________________________ I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
