I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Dear friends,
I have not had a hair cut since October 2011. Actually I have not had any treatment done to my hair for over 2 years...I have virgin hair. So I decided to get a hair cut (rather head shave) for a good cause - St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer-driven charity. Please sponsor me and help to raise money for childhood cancer research. My fundraising link is:
http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/participantid/544883
The event is :
Monday 3/12 @5pm
I have a short window for fundraising.
****to those of you (you know who you are) that will be upset by the lack of hair on my head, I could be persuaded to not shave if you can match my fundraising goal... in your sponsorship, please vote if you are "for" or "against" my shaved head. Feel free to pass on the link. Voting ends Monday 3/12 @ 4:00pm pst and th decision will be made based on donation amount.
Thanks for your support
Love
Susie

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
