I've seen firsthand how horrible pediatric cancer is so this year, on St. Patty's Day, I'm volunteering with the St. Baldrick's Foundation. I will watch strangers shave their heads out of the goodness of their hearts. Not because they have cancer, but because they care enough about those who do. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. When Chelsea was sick, I remember St. Baldricks donate $2Million to research (because of events like this,). I read stories every week of kids who die from this awful disease, and though I feel blessed that Chelsea is alive, I can never turn my back on those who have lost their battle or those still in battle. No child should go through this. Even the smallest donation can help make a difference. Thank you for your support! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.
