I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Jaimie is 5 years old and in kindergarten. She has chosen to make a difference for children with cancer. She has given her allowance and any money that she finds to St. Jude's since she was about 2. She really believes in this cause and is very excited about it. On March 17 I will put her hair up for the last time, at least for a while, and she will have her pony tail cut off and her head shaved. Her pony tail will be sent to Locks of Love. I have to say how PROUD I am to be her Mom. :-)
