I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Joyce's for Luke

It is that time of the year again! Once again I have signed up to shave my head to show solidarity for children who are suffering from cancer. On March 20, 2012, Calhoun High School will be sponsoring the 5th annual St. Baldrick’s Day fundraiser. Over the past 5 years between St. Baldrick’s and Locks of Love, my school raised over $250,000 for childhood cancer research. I know times are tough this year, but if you are interested in donating to sponsor me shave my head, you may click on the link belong and follow the instructions. All donations are tax deducible. My personal goal this year is to raise over $1,500. Once again, my brother John has signed up to shave his head with me. Together we form team "Joyce's for Luke”, with a collective goal of raising $5,000. Together John and I are shaving our heads to honor Luke Rozato, a 12 year old boy who has been suffering from cancer for the past four years. Recently Luke was put on hospice care. We can only hope that with your donation, no other families will have to deal with the grief that Luke and his family are going through. Thank you for you generosity.
