I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research
St Baldrick's 2012 here we go! It's my favorite time of the year because it is the time when my former high school starts raising money for pediatric cancer research and men and women shave their heads in solidarity for children who have lost their hair while battling cancer.
I have been participating at this event since 2007 and have raised over $1100 dollars in the past 6 years. Throughout these years, I have seen my own friends and family lose the battle against cancer. St Baldrick's is a day to remember the one we've lost and to give hope to the ones who are currently fighting.
I ask each and every one of you in this troubling economic time to help me raise donations that will go towards pediatric cancer research.
Thank you!
Britt Dagro

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
