I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Chess

Hey there, I have a feeling that this isn't going to be the best little thing-a-ma-jig, but I'm going to try. (Even though I suck at writing things like this) Basically, the little description is telling me to tell you why I'm shaving my head and also how it feels to know that I am helping kids with cancer. So, here we go. The reason I'm shaving my head is because I just like helping people. At this time last year I will admit that I thought, "Wow, I could never do that..." But then I got thinking (After it was too late), "You know, hair grows back, it's no big deal, and plus, it's for a good cause." So from that point I knew I was going to shave one year, I just didn't know when. Until my good friend Maddie and I were talking about it one day and we decided to be bald buddies this year. It honestly feels incredible knowing that I'm helping kids with cancer. I may only be making a small difference myself, but knowing that there are also others who will be raising money for the same purpose is awesome. Sure, maybe one person alone could get about $100-$200, but when you think about everybody who has participated in this event in some way you realize how much it all adds up. And like I said, it's incredible. So I'm going to end this little shin-dig by saying thank you for taking the time to read this and if you want to make a donation please feel free to do so. (I would also really like to thank you if you make a donation!)
