I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Naked Noggins

I'm doing it again! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. This year, we are honoring a friend's niece, 7-year-old Jersey Barfels, who was diagnosed with Wilms' tumor (nephroblastoma) in October 2011. Check out her picture in the Photo Gallery. We also continue to remember Ariana Samaras, who passed away on January 3rd, 2007, from an incurable diffuse pontain glioma brain tumor at the age of 4.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Or better yet, join my team, Naked Noggins, and help us raise money. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.

Would you like to shave your head and raise money for this great cause? Click on Naked Noggins on the left and then Participate With This Team to sign up.

Or just come on out to Fado and join us from Noon to 6 pm. It's always a lot of fun with great raffle prizes and great beer. It IS St Patty's Day weekend after all!
