Hello,
My name is Jacob Walo and I am 10 years old.
There is a great organization called St. Baldricks.
They help in providing research grants to fund the fight against children's cancer. People all around the country come together to raise money for this organization. There are events held once a year, where people like me shave our heads to help raise money for this research.
This year I am on a team called "Kids helping Kids - One Shave at a Time".
There are five of us on the team who are committed to raising money for children's cancer and we will all have our heads shaved on March 5, 2010.
My personal goal is $500.00.
Would you be able to help me?
Even the smallest amount adds up to helping in research that could save a child’s life. I have included the link to St. Baldricks here:

From here you can view all of the information on this great organization and if you would like to help me raise funds just click on the FIND A PARTICIPATE portion and put in my name as a SHAVEE.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for any type of donation you may be able to give.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
