I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rebels Without A 'Do

In January 2007 my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with an aggressive bone cancer. We know now that Ewing's Sarcoma only has a 65% survival rate. But God worked a miracle in me. My tumor was not in my bone, and the lump was not growing. After nearly 10 months of doctor visits and not one being able to tell us what the lump was, we were finally referred to an orthopedic oncologist who was willing to remove it. After getting the test results back, our doctor informed us he has never heard of a documented case of Ewing's being dormant and not spreading. During my 42 weeks of chemo, I met many friends. I recently had to say good-bye to another of those friends, Jimmy. It is in his honor, this year, that I am participating in this event. I cannot watch any more kids die from this disease. Will you help me?
