I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Yes Way, Jose!
You heard it right - I'm cutting my hair while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research!
This year I have decided to cut 10 inches of my hair to donate to Locks of Love in honor of my friend Jose who lost his fight to cancer. Locks of Love is a organization that provides hairpieces to children under the age of 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. I want to raise money to help find a cure for childhood cancers and give these children a chance to enjoy a healthy, happy and long life. In addition to honoring Jose I will be doing this for my other friend and neighbor, Johnny, who just found out this past week that he has leukemia.
In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
To make a donation, click on "Make A Donation" or donate by mail or phone.
Thank you for your support!
