I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: New Haven County Firefighters Emerald Society

Hello Everyone, There are not enough lines on this message form to let you know of the great cancer losses myself and my family have witnessed in my lifetime. The 2 young ladies I am speaking of right now are my cousins. First , is my cousin Elaine Chatfield who lost her fight with cancer in January of 1994. She was my childhood confidant and was diagnosed when we were both starting our adult lives. My other cousins name is Raquel Sabo. I lived in Florida in 1993, and she was 2.5 years old then. I was fortunate enough to get to know this wonderful little girl who I always picture as keeping up with the older kids! She lost her battle with cancer in June of 2008. Please donate if you can! Every penny counts. Thank you so much.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
