I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hey everyone! I'm running the 2009 Chicago Marathon, my first marathon ever, to help support a cure to children's cancer. I'm doing this because I want to be a part of providing a hope and cure to children whose lives have been, are, or will be limited by cancer. I decided to join a friend in running for charity and I'm absolutely stoked to rely on God's strength to get me through 26 miles of running: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will fly on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint." (Isaiah 40:31) Please join me in helping to create a cure for children's cancer. If you are interested in financially supporting me and St. Baldricks, just click on my photo and the website will further instruct you in how to donate. Thank you so much for all your prayers, thoughts, and donations. They mean a lot to me! -Patti :)
