I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Pass It Around

Why am I participating?

This summer I'll be competing in The Growler Invitational Beach Volleyball Tournament - better known as The Growler. While it's an incredible volleyball tournament, it's about much more than competition. Every serve, every point, and every dollar raised helps fund lifesaving childhood cancer research through the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Since it began, The Growler community has raised more than $1.5 million to help fight childhood cancer, and I'm proud to be a small part of that mission.

As a dad, I can't imagine what it would be like to hear the words, "your child has cancer." No family should have to face that journey alone, and no child should have to fight it without every possible chance.

That's why I'm asking for your help. Every donation - no matter the size - helps fund research that gives children and their families hope for better treatments and brighter futures.

My fundraising goal is $500, but I have a stretch goal. If we hit it, I'll shave my head at the Growler in solidarity with kids battling cancer. It's a small sacrifice compared to what these children endure, and if shaving my head helps raise more money and awareness, it's an easy decision.

Whether you donate, share this page, or simply cheer us on at The Growler, thank you for helping us spike childhood cancer.
