Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

This year marks Joey’s 4th year shaving his head for St. Baldrick’s — and his commitment means more than ever.

Joey first shaved alongside his beloved Nonno, who bravely fought his own battle with cancer. After losing his Nonno last year, Joey has chosen to continue this tradition in his honor, carrying forward their shared mission to help find cures for childhood cancer.

Joey also shaves in loving memory of Liam Marquez, an incredible boy with the brightest smile. He shaves as well for his Papa — a grandfather he never had the chance to meet, but is blessed to share his name with. Each name represents love, strength, and the reason Joey refuses to stop showing up.

If you know Joey, you know he has the biggest heart. He worries about the world. He feels deeply. He loves fiercely. And he truly wants to make a difference!

This year, Joey has set an ambitious goal of $5,000 to support lifesaving childhood cancer research through St. Baldrick’s.

Please consider donating and supporting Joey as he continues this powerful tradition — for his Nonno, for the warriors, for the ones we miss, and for the kids still fighting.

Every dollar helps. Every shave matters.
