I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Jen's Ducks

Can you think of anything more important than saving the life of a child?

For the 22nd consecutive year I’m raising funds with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to support research that finds cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers; providing hope for children and families facing this fight.

In addition to shaving my head each year, since 2020 I've been leading a group of bicyclists on a challenging long-distance (90 mile) ride to Montauk Point, NY. Our "Make the point to end Childhood cancer" ride symbolizes the long and difficult journey faced by children in cancer treatment.

Why do I do this? Because cancer is the #1 cause of death of kids by disease. We lost my own daughter Jennifer despite 6 years of treatment because cancer is relentless and not all treatment protocols have good outcomes.

To help change the tide against childhood cancer I team-up with St. Baldrick’s each year to advance the science and find more effective treatments for kids having to fight this disease (in all its variants). – St Baldrick's is the #1 charity funder of childhood cancer research grants and our best hope for improvements in treatment options

Your donations can help ensure that this research can continue; bringing hope, progress, and cures. Together, we speed up the progress of saving the lives of these brave children.
