I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research with: National Honor Society

Why am I shaving my head?

When I first saw the St. Baldrick's assembly my Freshman year (two years ago) at Schaumburg High School, I knew it was something I wanted participate in and help the next time it came around. I remember seeing a few teachers that I knew shaving their head and just thinking "Wow, people can be so considerate of others, I want to do the same".

Unfortunately, I didn't really know much of the whole fund raising process and only knew the gist of things once the event had passed. I then promised myself I would raise money for this cause and shave my head my Junior year, NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I would greatly appreciate any donation, its a step closer to my goal of helping others in the world.
