I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: SmithMoral Clan

A challenge among friends 25 years ago has become the largest volunteer movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer.

This year I am joining that movement.  I am one of 4 children in my family with a large extended family.  We have not been touched by childhood cancer.   However, for the families that do,  1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive.   That touches my heart deeply.  So I am joining in and shaving my head to show the kids currently battling childhood cancer that I stand with them and their families.  St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.

I want to help and I hope you do too.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
