I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head, and why should you care?

For the 17th year I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! When my lifelong friend Jerry and I decided we'd join an SBF head-shaving event 17 years ago, I certainly had no idea of the profound effect it would have on me!  It is one that has led me to shaving my head 18 times in the last 16 years to raise much needed funds in an effort to Conquer Kids’ Cancer!

Did you know, 1 in 5 kids diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. won’t survive? For those who do, more than 96% have severe or life-threatening conditions by the time they are 50.  I am asking for your support again this year, as together, we can give these kids the lifetime they deserve.

Each shaved head, every dollar donated, creates a ripple effect of progress for kids with cancer.

Your gift will give kids and their families hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

 Thank you for your support!
