I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team New Research 12

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team New Research 12

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s?

Since my last shave in 2019, we’ve gone through a worldwide pandemic; forever changing our lives as we knew it. And in the midst of that, our family welcomed a new addition. With everything going on I have not been as committed as I have in years past but I am back this year with no excuses! I am determined to be a part of the fight to make this world a better place to end childhood cancer.

As a nurse, I have witnessed the devastating impact that not having a cure can have on a patient and their family. I rely on research in my field to dictate how I treat a patient’s illness. And as a father, I cannot imagine the helplessness of knowing that there’s no cure for my child’s illness. But I do know that there is something we can do now. Fund the research, find a cure. And that’s why I am asking for your help to raise money for this important cause.

Because with your donation “on my head,” together, we can save lives.

Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.

Your gift will give kids hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
