I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
My thanks to my September 11 brothers who called me out at a O'Lunney's Times Square Pub event for Wounded Warriors by saying, "Chaplain, we have always been about 'the greater good.' Join us." This will be my 16th year joining with so many people who want to give children the opportunities we've had . . . to be about the greater good. St. Baldrick's is about braving the shave. Now, this many years in, I'm all about "Shave the gray so children can experience a whole lot of life and, Lord willing, have life to gray hair and beyond!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least fifteen years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
