I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Troop 318 B

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Troop 318 B

Why is Paul shaving his head?

Has he gone nuts?

Is he hiding his thinning hairline?

Nope!

In the mid 1970's, the 5-year survival rate for children with cancer was just shy of 58%, or a 42% mortality rate. Thanks to medical advancements and groundbreaking research, that mortality rate has shunk to a 15%, with a 5-year survival rate of 85%. While this is a significant improvement, there is still work to be done.

The Saint Baldrick's Foundation is the largest non-governmental organization awarding cancer research grants. Their mission is to raise money, awareness, and honor those children who are fighting cancer, as well as those who have passed away because of it.

Whether you know someone struggling with cancer, or just want to help, I encourage you to donate today.
