I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

15 years... 14 events

Been doing this a long time and every year I continue to look forward to it. A gathering of like minded friends, an annual tradition. From this description who wouldn't want to participate? But let's not lose focus on the reason we do this. Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because with your donation “on my head,” together, we can save lives.

After the last few years I'm sure a lot of focus has shifted away from the long term issues such as this. The not so past world event has taken some of the attention away from an ongoing ever present struggle.

With all the recent research breakthroughs in all fields we can see that it truly makes a difference, and the more the better! Donations to fund this research to find hope for kids with cancer has fallen ever since 2020.

Your donation to my head shaving event will give kids hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease (three times the number than we lost during the pandemic). I don’t want to let these kids down.

Can you help?

Thank you!
