I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why do I do this year after year? Is it the aerodynamics? Is it the low maintenance? Is it the sheer glee I get from making my mom make Marge Simpson noises every time she looks at me? Sure.  I do it for all of those things. But really, I do it for the kids. 


The only thing more devastating to hear than “your child has cancer” is “there’s nothing more we can do to fix this.” Your donation helps fund life saving research, family saving research. Sure, I get a kickass hairdo, but you literally help fight off the grim reaper. That’s pretty amazing. 

Why this? St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Cash is tight, I know. Share the page, come cheer at Annie Baileys, tell a friend.  Your enthusiasm is free and appreciated!
