I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Kylee's Wish

Hello everyone - I'm at it again this year (my 12th year!), shaving my head to raise money for children's cancer research. I'm shaving in honor of two people who are very dear to me:  my niece, and one of my former high school soccer players who I coached for several years.

My niece, Eliana, has spent way too much time in and out of chemotherapy starting when she was only a year old.  She was in remission for 4 years but another brain tumor showed up and she’s had to not only undergo many more grueling treatments, but relearn how to speak, swallow, and walk again.

My soccer player, Katie, came down with a rare form of cancer 2 years ago, her senior year in high school. She made it through a year-long chemotherapy treatment and was declared cancer-free through the following year, but it came raging back and she's currently undergoing chemotherapy again.

Please join me in helping to raise money for children's cancer research.
