I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving EVERYTHING on my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! What does a middle aged balding guy do to up the ante when he doesn’t have much hair to begin with and has to be beardless for COVID? I’m shaving the eyebrows too! The longer I am on this earth, the more I am personally touched by friends and family who have children with cancer. One of my honored kids, Finn, died this past year of Ewing sarcoma. My other honored kid, Caden, was declared cancer free just a few weeks ago after receiving lifesaving treatment at Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Many kids make it through treatment to become cancer free; however, some of them are taken too early. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Give a little or give a lot, but give with your heart to this great cause! Use the donate link above to give today.
