Enthralled to see me bald? You're in luck!

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! No child is alone in this fight!

I understand times are tough for many right now, whether you choose to donate (and I hope you do) or support by spreading knowledge and this page I appreciate you taking a stand against childhood cancer.

I have been involved with St. Baldricks since 2005 as both a shavee and event coordinator and their commitment and ability to effect meaningful change in the fight against childhood cancer is second to none.

This year you can follow along on my instagram @KyleRothschild

Cancer sucks! Need to know some meaningful stats as to how bad it sucks?... Read below:

- Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive.

- Every day 43 kids are diagnosed with cancer in the US, 15,590 a year.

- Childhood cancer research is consistently underfunded. Less than 4% of the federal budget for cancer research is dedicated to childhood cancer.

- In the United States, 84% of children diagnosed with cancer are alive at least five years after diagnosis; however this does not mean they are cured or free from long-term side effects.

- Even those who are cured may suffer long-term side effects as a result of the cancer treatments they received. Children who were treated for cancer are twice as likely to suffer chronic health conditions later in life versus children without a history of cancer.

- In high-income countries, approximately 80-percent of children diagnosed with cancer will be cured. In some low and middle-income countries, only 20-percent of children will survive.

I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support!

Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let's #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
