I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello, my name is Rex Rhodes and I play for the Chicago Fury AAA '06 team.  I have been growing my hockey flow for well over a year. Despite the many, MANY chirps I've received both on & off the ice, I refused to chop the lettuce. The taunting only motivated me to grow the flow.

Since my luscious locks have gotten so much attention from teammates, coaches, rivals (& their sisters), parents, teachers, & every bender who has an opinion, I've decided to use my flow to promote awareness and raise money for childhood cancer research.

On March 15th, I will be chopping the lettuce!

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive.

I challenge everyone who has chirped me for my flow to make a donation! #chopthelettuce
