I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Meriden Firefighters L-1148

Since our event has been rescheduled to the fall, my grandson Travis and I opted to shave out in the yard because my hair was way too long for me to handle. Thanks to my cousin Scott, we were able to do this safely while practicing social distancing. A few friends and family were able to watch this from a safe distance. We will be shaving again whenever the event gets rescheduled. So all of wonderful people who have donated to this worthy cause get 2x the shave for your money. And others have more time to donate for this. Thank you and see you soon.(BTW- the hearts were cut out and taped to the window by Travis).

This is my 13th year shaving and my 2nd year doing it with my 4 yr old grandson! He had such a blast last year- he asked to do it again! Please donate to this worthy cause- whether $1 or $100- it all helps! If you don't want to donate to my shaving- pick another person doing this event. Its all going to one cause-curing kids cancer! Thank you!

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
