I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Since my first "Shave Day" in 2007, wonderful people like you have helped me raise over $17,000 that funds vital research into a cure for childhood cancers and for that, I endlessly thank you.

The next time you go to the mall, look around you and think about this: one of those children, statistically, will get a childhood cancer. 1 in 285 children in the US will be diagnosed with the disease before the age of 20 with the average age of diagnosis for childhood cancer being 6. 1 in 5 kids won't survive the battle and for the 4 that do beat their cancer, there can be lifetime complications. Childhood cancer is forever.

But the best way to save kids with cancer is to eliminate childhood cancers. And that can only be achieved with research.

Once again I'm asking for your help. Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

On behalf of these kids, their parents, families and friends - thank you!
