I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello Family and Friends!

Let's raise money for all the sweet babies!

After years of wanting to, I have decided to take part in 2020's St. Baldricks! I will be taking part in the event at Raleigh Beer Garden from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, February 29th! I have set a goal of $200, but would love to surpass that!

Within the last few years more than ever, I've personally experienced and watched others go through the devastating effects of cancer. With my family alone we've seen our beautiful Vanessa kick Breast Cancer's butt, and sadly lost our cousin Nanny to brain cancer, my Pa to brain cancer, Uncle Sammy to pancreatic cancer, Uncle Buddy to lung cancer, and most recently our Granga to pancreatic cancer as well.

I can't imagine what children, their parents and families go through during such circumstances. Because I feel so deeply about finding cures for cancer, I am shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
