I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! 38 years ago my youngest brother Michael died of testicular cancer. I was 20 years old and Michael was 16. It forever changed everyone in my family's life.
For many years I have participated in this event in honor of Michael. I have been blessed to have five healthy adult children; and my granddaughter Brooke in my life today. Anything that I can do to further advance the research of cancer I am willing to do.
One year my hair may not grow as fast, thin or grey but Michael's memory and legacy in our family will never fade
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research.
