I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Circle K at UW-Platteville

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! As you may or may not know, I was recently elected the president of a service organization called Circle K at UW-Platteville. A few of us in the club had the idea to participate in Brave the Shave and I’m so excited to be doing this with some of my closest friends! My personal experience seeing my dads pain while going through treatment of his stage 4 cancer, his lengthy recovery, and his continued battle with post treatment side effects has shown me just how damaging and hard cancer can be. So, I am raising money for cures so that in the future, others will not have to experience the horrific nature of cancer. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
