I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Pi Kappa Alpha

Ohh snap, the date is officially set for this mane to get shaved! SUPER excited for Friday April 12th, where 20+ inches of hair will be buzzed off as I join Pike in supporting St. Baldrick’s mission: fighting childhood cancer. SO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, PLEASE KNOW THAT LITERALLY EVERY DONATION & EVERY PENNY COUNTS TOWARDS MY FUNDRAISING GOAL! I genuinely believe that special populations (like those affected by cancer) deserve a committed team, composed of health professionals that put mind, heart & soul into everything they do.

As I enter clinical rotations with a shaved head, I will show cancer patients my commitment to cancer research and unconditional support. Ultimately, when I grow up (I mean graduate from BU's dietetic internship haha), I want to work with cancer treatment centers that value an interdisciplinary & holistic approach to patient care.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
