I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

This year I'm honoring Allison Feldkamp, niece of my childhood friend Judy Allgeyer Feldkamp.

Allison  is a happy eighteen-year-old from Lake Elmo, MN who was diagnosed with Adrenocortical Carcinoma & Renal Cell Carcinoma in May 2018.   Allison is currently finishing up her senior year of high school as she continues treatments at the Minneapolis Children's Hospital & Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN.  She loves to cook and has her own Instagram “Alli’s Kitchen” where she shares some of her favorite recipes.   Allison has an infectious smile. (See for yourself - Check out her photo in my gallery below)  Through all her surgeries and treatments, she’s had her beautiful smile, no matter what she has encountered.   Allison and her family have a strong faith in God and are thankful for all the prayers and support received from family and friends far and near.

Now I need your help! Will you please make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
