I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I am raising money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation in honor of Allie, who was diagnosed in 2000 at age 6 with neuroblastoma and who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma just this year at age 18. Her fight against cancer continues, and I am showing my support for her through my participation in fundraising for St. Baldrick's. My goal is to raise $2,000 for the St. Baldrick's Foundation to support their services for children fighting cancer. How much I raise will determine how much hair I lose in solidarity with these strong children: if I reach my goal, I will shave my head as a sign of my support. You can see the mane come off on March 14, 2013 at St. John's! I ask for your prayers and donations on behalf of children and families in need- your gift goes to research for cures of childhood cancers, research that could save Allie's life and thousands more. Thank you for your support of the St. Baldrick's mission!
