I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

My name is Kimberly Fleming, 2 years ago, my 22 month old son was diagnosed with a stage 3 liver tumor. Terror doesn’t even begin to describe what my husband and I felt. 2 years, 6 rounds of chemo and a liver transplant later, Wyatt is a healthy and happy little boy. We have had more than one doctor tell us, that if Wyatt had been born 20 years earlier, he would have most certainly died. Medicine has made amazing progress. The cancer treatments we have today saved my son’s life. I shudder to think where we would be without organizations like St. Baldricks who fund so much cancer research. I am raising money in the hope that one day we can eradicate this terrible disease and that no child will ever have to endure what Wyatt and countless other children have. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
