I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hi guys! On April 5th the brothers of Delta Upsilon will be participating in St. Baldrick’s, shaving our heads to help raise money for childhood cancer research. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization other than the U.S government. Many people don’t realize how different childhood cancer is from adult cancer, and how underfunded it is because it isn’t nearly as profitable. St. Baldrick’s helps make an effort to change that, raising over $35 million this past year. As a fraternity we’ve raised over $300,000 in the past ten years for St. Baldrick’s. Please consider supporting us this year in this extremely meaningful cause, and remember no amount is too little!
