I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Last year, Bo Baker was diagnosed with a Wilms Tumor. Gladly, he fought it and won. And the best part is he has been cancer free ever since. However, not everybody is so lucky. So, in October 2009, a St. Baldrick's event was organized by his parents to raise money for other children with similar struggles. And, one year later, we're doing it again! Just like last year, I'm going to be collecting donations to shave my head. No amount is too small. Last year, I exceeded my goal of $1000 and most of the donors gave $20 or less, so even if you think what you can give won't matter, it will.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
