I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Justice League
It is that time again! I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!
We have all had someone in our lives that have been impacted by cancer and so each year I participate in St. Baldrick’s to raise awareness, to honor survivors, and to let those who are currently battling cancer know that your community is here for you.
This year I am dedicating my participation to Helen Chavious and the Bower family.
Helen is a cancer survivor who volunteers her time to the Durham District Attorney’s Office and is invaluable! She is an inspiration to us all and reminds us how good it feels to be great to each other.
The Bower family has also had a collision with cancer and my thoughts go out to them.
So please help us raise money for St. Baldrick’s and remember:
"What Cancer Cannot Do"
Cancer is so limited...
It cannot cripple love
It cannot shatter hope
It cannot corrode faith
It cannot destroy peace
It cannot kill friendship
It cannot suppress memories
It cannot silence courage
It cannot invade the soul
It cannot steal eternal life
It cannot conquer the spirit"

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
