I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Natural

In honor of Shannon Callahan, who fearlessly shaved her head with us at Denver's Fado Irish Pub in 2011. Thank you for your example of love and kindness.
For the third time since 2010, I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! The year 2013 was an important year--I was given the opportunity to really start living, and in that process, I have been touched by so much kindness. Some of the strongest people I know have endured great suffering, and still continue to bring love and light to others. So, after a good friend approached me with a willingness to shave her head this year, I realized I was given an opportunity to give that love away--to support this wonderful organization again, and to give these kids a real chance to live long, healthy lives! If you feel compelled, come join us and rock a shaved look for charity! :)
Every single dollar is meaningful--literally every penny counts, as research for childhood cancer is severely underfunded, and it is incredibly appreciated to the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting these cancers. Thank you so much for your consideration and your kindness, and as a wise friend told me, "It's all about the love."
