I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Yes, that is right - I am shaving my head in solidarity with people who have or have had cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising funds for childhood cancer research! For those of you who know me well and my love of my hair, you can be sure this is no small sacrifice on my part. Fortunately for me, this is a choice and not a symptom. We have all been touched by cancer in different ways during our lives and this is how I am choosing to honor those special people in my life and in the lives of those I love. Please support me by making a contribution and come watch me loose my hair of you are able at de Vere's Irish Pub on March 15th, 2010. The event starts at 5:00 PM. In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research and to help make a difference. To make a donation, click on "Make A Donation" (the blue box at the top of the page) or donate by mail or phone. Thank you all for your support!!!
