Dear Friends and Family:
Please help those of us at Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital do all that we can to support children and families affected by pediatric cancer and other serious diseases. I am participating this year to honor the lives and memories of the many children and family members who have been affected by cancer.
I'm shaving my head on March 14, 2010 in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research!
In the United States, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Thanks to the St. Baldrick's Foundation we are fighting back. St. Baldrick's is a strong partner and supporter of Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio and began as a casual conversation between friends that has exploded into the world's biggest volunteer-driven fundraising program for childhood cancer!
Team UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital will be participating on St. Baldrick's Day at Chagrin Falls Township Hall on March 14 and A.J. Rocco's in downtown Cleveland on March 17 and we encourage you to join in the fun.
Please consider making a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
To make a donation, please visit my St. Baldrick's Foundation webpage: www.stbaldricks.org/participants/ethanleonard
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least seven years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
