I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: StrongGirl 2

Hi, my name is Emma, I’m 10 years old and I’m in fourth grade. Being a younger sibling to an older sister who has cancer is really hard and sometimes I can’t even believe that this has happened. Cancer has made me appreciate things a lot more than I did before, especially my sister. I am shaving my head for St. Baldrick’s this year because I want to raise money and help save kids’ lives. I am also going to donate my hair, so that it can be used to make a wig for a kid with cancer. I had a hard time watching my sister feel bad because she was losing her hair and I know my hair can help someone get through that. I am proud to say that this year I’ll be a strong girl too, just like Maya. St. Baldrick’s is really important to me and my family because it is saving kids’ lives. I'm so proud to be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Please help me raise money for cures by making a donation to this great organization. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers---including my sister. Thank you!!!
