I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Why?

As a mother of four children, I am trying to spread the knowledge of this volunteer-driven charity and raise donations. The St Baldrick's Foundation is the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants, which receives a bulk of the funds by people like me who are willing to shave their heads for donations.I am very excited about it, and am looking forward to being a small part of a foundation that is devoted to children who are diagnosed with cancer. Every three minutes worldwide a child is diagnosed with cancer, so this is a very real concern. Thankfully, my children have not been diagnosed with cancer, but if that were to happen, I would hope more people would come forward to raise money to go towards research and a cure!

Donations of ANY AMOUNT are greatly appreciated!! How much will you spare to support the futures of children?

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
