I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
My mom's sister, Deanna Sue (for whom I am named) passed away at age 4 because of Leukemia. Though I never met her, I have seen pictures of a beautiful young girl who died too soon and no parent deserves to see that happen. I can only hope and pray that through research, the St. Baldrick's Foundation and other such organizations will find a cure. "No one will ever be hungry or cold/No one will hurt or will ever grow old/No one will die and leave someone alone/That's when I'll know I'm home forever/No pain or disease/All will be equal and all will be free/True Love will come and we'll bow at His feet/That's when I'll know I'm home."

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
